Dermatologist Note
Jeju volcanic clusters are a porous rock (scoria) formed from hardened volcanic ash. The micro-porous structure acts as an absorbent for excess sebum โ similar to activated charcoal but gentler. Dermatologists note volcanic ash cleansers are effective for oily/congested skin but should not be used more than once daily as they can over-strip the skin barrier.
Based on published clinical literature and dermatological research.
