Acetyl Hexapeptide-8

Acetyl hexapeptide-8 (Argireline) is a neurotransmitter-inhibiting peptide that reduces the release of neurotransmitters responsible for muscle contraction, thereby relaxing expression lines. It is sometimes described as a topical botox-like ingredient, though its action is milder. It has been clinically shown to reduce the depth of wrinkles around the eyes and forehead.
