Sea buckthorn oil is extracted from the berries of the sea buckthorn shrub and is exceptionally rich in omega-3, -6, -7, and -9 fatty acids, carotenoids, and vitamin E. The omega-7 content (palmitoleic acid) mirrors a fatty acid naturally present in skin and is prized for supporting barrier repair and healing. It has a distinctive orange colour.
